Floor panel for Peugeot Traveller L2 (from model year 2016 onwards)<\/h2>\n

Precisely fitting system base plate for conversions, camping modules and rear pull-outs \u2013 whilst retaining full functionality of the original rail system.<\/p>\n

Replace the uneven boot floor of your Citro\u00ebn SpaceTourer, size M<\/strong> (medium length, from model year 2016 onwards \/ also for the \u00eb-SpaceTourer) by providing a stable, level surface. Our two-component system has been specially developed to allow camping modules, rear pull-outs or furniture units to be securely positioned inside the vehicle without compromising the flexibility of the original seat rails.<\/p>\n

The system in detail<\/h2>\n

Filler panel (12 mm birch multiplex): Compensates for any unevenness in the vehicle floor and ensures the carpet is exactly level with the rails. The result: a level surface for modules, whilst allowing full use of the rail system.<\/p>\n

Please note: due to the long, narrow wooden strips between the rails and panelling, the filler panel may not lie 100% flat on the floor or the distance to the outer rail may not be 100% constant - this is not possible otherwise due to the principle.<\/p>\n

Top panel (9 mm birch plywood): This is placed over the rails and transforms the load compartment into a completely enclosed, level loading area. Both panels can be securely bolted together, forming an extremely sturdy unit.<\/p>\n

As the base plate is not bolted to the vehicle, we recommend securing the modules to the original seat rails using adaptors\/slotted nuts.<\/p>\n

Material options<\/h2>\n

All models are based on a waterproof, glued birch plywood panel. You can choose from the following three finishes:<\/p>\n

Natural (untreated):
\n<\/strong>The panel is supplied without any surface treatment. Important note: To provide the wood with long-lasting protection against damp and dirt, it is essential that you treat the panel yourself before installation (e.g. with oil, wood stain or varnish).<\/p>\n

Black (smooth phenolic resin coating):
\n<\/strong>Finished with a smooth, jet-black phenolic resin coating (similar to RAL 9005). The panel is completely waterproof. Thanks to its mirror-smooth surface, this version is ideal as a base onto which, for example, you can stick your own choice of floor covering (PVC, vinyl, etc.) using double-sided adhesive tape. Please note: The smooth surface is more susceptible to minor surface scratches.<\/p>\n

Screen printing:<\/strong>
\nClassic van interior finish with a rough, non-slip texture (as is also used on lorry and trailer floors). Extremely hard-wearing and durable. Siebdruck is a functional material and is not of furniture quality. The raw material may already exhibit minor imperfections, slight scratches or streaks when supplied by the manufacturer. The colour is not jet black, but has a reddish-brownish tinge.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Important information on fit and use<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Compatibility: Suitable for the Citro\u00ebn SpaceTourer in size M (medium vehicle length, from model year 2016 onwards, as well as the electric \u00eb-SpaceTourer).<\/li>\n
  • Business table: If your rails are fitted with the original Citro\u00ebn \/ PSA multifunction table (\u201eBusiness table\u201c), this will no longer be usable once the base plate has been fitted.<\/li>\n
  • Cover plate: Due to its design, the cover plate rests on top of the infill plate and cannot be used or retrofitted on its own without the infill plate.<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing tolerances: Due to the long, narrow wooden strips between the rails and the side panelling, it may, by the very nature of the design, occur that the infill panel does not lie 100 % flat or that the distance to the outer rail varies slightly. This is due to technical constraints and does not constitute a fault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
