Floor panel for Fiat Ulysse \/ E-Ulysse (L2 \/ from model year 2022 onwards)<\/h2>\n

Turn the uneven floor of your Fiat Ulysse or E-Ulysse<\/strong> (Length L2 \/ standard length, from model year 2022 onwards) \u2013 a flat and fully load-bearing base for your adventures. Our clever two-component system has been designed to securely mount camping modules, rear pull-outs or storage boxes without restricting the flexibility of the original seat rail system.<\/p>\n

The two-plate system in detail<\/h2>\n

Filler panel (12 mm birch multiplex):<\/strong> Levels out the floor structures in the vehicle with precision and brings the original carpet up to the same level as the seat rails. This creates a level surface, whilst ensuring the rails remain fully functional.<\/p>\n

Please note: due to the long, narrow wooden strips between the rails and panelling, the filler panel may not lie 100% flat on the floor or the distance to the outer rail may not be 100% constant - this is not possible otherwise due to the principle.<\/p>\n

Top panel (9 mm birch plywood):<\/strong> It is fitted across the entire width of the rails and transforms the entire load compartment into a completely enclosed, flat loading area.<\/p>\n

As the base plate is not bolted securely to the bodywork, we recommend securing modules and pull-out units directly to the original seat rails in your Fiat Ulysse using slotted nuts or adaptors.<\/p>\n

Material options<\/h2>\n

All models are based on a waterproof, glued birch plywood panel. There are three finishes to choose from:<\/p>\n

Natural (untreated):
\n<\/strong>The panel is supplied in its natural, untreated state. Important note: To provide the material with lasting protection against moisture, oil and stains, it is essential that you treat the panel yourself before fitting it in your car (e.g. by oiling, glazing or varnishing it).<\/p>\n

Black (smooth phenolic resin coating):
\n<\/strong>Features a smooth, jet-black phenolic resin coating (similar to RAL 9005). The surface is completely water-repellent and, thanks to its smooth texture, is ideal if you wish to lay your own floor covering (e.g. PVC or vinyl) using adhesive tape. Please note: Fine scratches are more visible on the mirror-smooth surface.<\/p>\n

Screen printing:<\/strong>
\nThe classic choice for commercial vehicles, featuring a rough, non-slip texture. Extremely hard-wearing and durable in everyday use. Please note: Screen-printed fabric is a purely functional material and is not of furniture quality. Due to the nature of the raw material, slight irregularities, micro-scratches or streaks may be present. The colour is not jet black, but has a reddish-brownish sheen.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Important information on fit and use<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Compatibility: Fits the Fiat Ulysse and the all-electric E-Ulysse in L2 length (standard length, from model year 2022) perfectly.<\/li>\n
  • Business table: If the original multifunctional table (\u201eBusiness table\u201c) is fitted to the rails of your Fiat Ulysse, it will no longer be usable once the floor panel has been fitted.<\/li>\n
  • Cover plate: The cover plate requires the infill plate as a substructure. It is technically impossible to use it without an infill plate.<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing tolerances: Due to the long, narrow wooden strips between the rails and the side panelling, the infill panel may not lie perfectly flat to the nearest millimetre, or the distance to the outer rail may vary slightly.
