All colours are achieved using a robust and waterproof resin coating. The „natural“ version consists of completely untreated wood.

Bed widening

The lying surface increases from 120 to 150 cm wide on the rear 130 cm. Scope of delivery: Bed extension 15 cm on the left and right incl. 2 mattress elements.

With the bed extension, you can extend the bed to the full width of your vehicle.

Rear pull-out left

The removable shelf allows you to organise your utensils on two levels. There is space for up to 4 Euroboxes (max. 20 × 30 × 15 cm) at the top. Our practical cooker holder also fits perfectly in one compartment.

The high rear pull-out replaces the standard flat rear pull-out.

Folding table

The folding table replaces the rear pull-out panel with a bamboo table top. It is suitable for both the high and the low rear pull-out.

The 39 × 39 cm folding table can be opened with a single movement and can hold up to 50 kg. The surface is sealed with food-safe oil.

Cosy couch

Adjusting the bed

Let's start at the front: this is where you use the box from the interior when the weather is bad, when you're heading to bed in the evening, when you want to change your clothes in peace and quiet or when you want to work for longer periods at a time. You can therefore easily reach the couch, the two side drawers and the centre loading tunnel from the interior.

By the way: the CampingBox Pro has a standard bed surface of 194 × 120 cm. With the bed extensions, you can extend the lying surface in the rear 136 cm length to the full width of your van! In a T5 / T6 van, this creates a sleeping area of almost 160 cm wide! The slatted frame is 41 cm above the floor; the seat height is therefore approx. 45 cm, depending on how far you sink into the mattress.

The box comes with two flat rear pull-outs as standard: you can transport two Euroboxes with a maximum size of 40 × 30 × 34 cm and a maximum weight of 100 kg on each of the two pull-outs. The 85 cm long heavy-duty pull-outs give you easy access to the entire contents, but you are also well protected under the tailgate in bad weather. With the optional bamboo lids, you can create a stylish work surface; thanks to the food-safe oiling, the lids can also be used directly as a snack board!

No matter how you set up your rear pull-out: whether many small, a few large or simply no storage boxes at all ... you can choose the folding table as an accessory for each variant and each side of the two rear pull-outs. This can be folded out in one easy step, offers a work surface of approx. 39 × 39 cm and can carry loads of up to 50 kg.

Of course, there is also space here for our cooker holder including gas cooker. This can be attached almost anywhere on all our modules.

Frequently asked questions

How is the CampingBox Pro attached?

Tradesman during the week and camper at the weekend? Need to move house quickly? The CampingBox Pro can be installed or removed from the vehicle in under 5 minutes. By attaching it to the lashing eyes, it is not only secured without drilling, but also at the most stable points in the load compartment.

The module is made from 9 or 12 mm thin FSC-certified birch multiplex plywood. Thanks to our patented connection technology, the module is not only lightweight, but can also withstand all the challenges of outdoor life.

We source our wood exclusively from suppliers who practise certified, sustainable forestry (FSC® & PEFC™-certified). We use high-quality hardwood plywood (multiplex) for all products, which is known for its durability, stability and high load-bearing capacity. It is particularly dimensionally stable and resistant, which means that all our products have a very long service life.

The product consists of 99 % wood and metal and is therefore Fully recyclable. We avoid plastic wherever possible and use sustainable, environmentally friendly materials instead.

In the „Natural“ version, the modules are made of untreated birch multiplex in quality B/BB (I/II). This means that the wood is not yet protected against moisture or dirt on delivery.

The benefit is that you can design modules in nature according to your preferences: stain them in your favourite colour, paint or varnish them, stick them on, decorate them with a pencil drawing or simply clear oil them. There are no limits to your creativity.

We therefore recommend ordering the module as a kit when choosing the „Natural“ colour/finish - if available. It's easier to get into all corners on the individual part and you don't have to work around angles, for example. However, it is also possible to treat the fully assembled module.

Dimensions lying surface

All our modules are available in four colours. The colours are achieved using a robust and waterproof resin coating. The RAL colour specifications are indicative and may differ from a RAL comparison chart.

Black

Black is similar to RAL9004 and satin matt. It looks particularly modern in combination with wooden elements. Soiling and any signs of wear are more visible with black than with the other colours.

grey

Grey

Grey is a chic mix for anyone who can't decide between black and white. It goes tone-in-tone with most interior panelling.

white

White

White is similar to RAL9001 and is also silk matt. White creates a bright, friendly atmosphere and makes the interior appear larger and airier. Soiling and signs of wear are barely recognisable.

Nature

Nature

Natur is completely untreated birch plywood. It looks very natural, but is not yet protected from moisture and dirt on delivery. Treating it with oil, varnish or stain gives it your own personal touch.

Furniture modules & load securing

Load securing: Our modules are regarded as cargo and the vehicle driver is responsible for securing them properly (e.g. with tested lashing straps).
Maximum load capacity: Do not exceed the permissible load to avoid material damage or instability.
Danger of crushing: Operate flaps or drawers carefully - danger to fingers and hands.
Humidity: Wooden modules are only resistant to moisture to a limited extent - avoid prolonged exposure to water.
Flammability: Do not place open flames or very hot objects directly on wooden surfaces.

Gas cooker

Risk of fire and explosion: Only use the gas cooker on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Ensure ventilation: Use only outdoors or with a sufficient supply of fresh air.
Danger of carbon monoxide: Toxic CO can accumulate in closed rooms - CO warning alarms recommended.
Check for leaks: Check for gas odour or leaks before each use.
Gas cartridges: Only use compatible cartridges and store them safely and away from heat.

Cool box & electrical components

Use a suitable power connection: Note whether the appliance is designed for 12V or 230V.
Check cables and connections: Do not use damaged cables or plugs.
No moisture: Do not expose the cool box and electrical components to direct water.
Avoid overloading: Do not connect several powerful appliances to a single 12V socket.
Observe the vehicle fuse: Ensure that the power supply is suitable for the connected devices.

I met Dina and Tobi in Wels at the Caravan Salon - I was looking for innovations to continue the "self-build" of my T5 Multivan that I had already started.
Then I came to the VANFITTERY stand - what can I say, the Van bed system convinced me, I liked it immediately - I decided to switch to this system and not to "continue working" myself, because you can see that the two have already implemented many things and the system is well thought out. Of course, there are other suppliers, but the extremely nice and friendly manner of Dina and Tobi and the goods on display there persuaded me to buy.
When I got home, I thought about doing it myself again, but soon came to the conclusion that the price-performance ratio was ok for me and ordered it. At first I was told that delivery would take a few weeks (which would have been ok), but it only took 10 days and the thing was at my house. Unpacked, lifted in, braced - done! That's how "self-build" works for me, lol.
I can only recommend VANFITTERY, super fast delivery (at least for me), very nicely finished, great realisation - we are super satisfied and will certainly find something else there 😉 .

After two and a half years, I can still say that the Vanfittery bed module is flexible, comfortable and meets my requirements perfectly. It is quickly (1 minute) extended from a bench to a 2m x 1.45m bed and just as easily converted back again. Sufficiently large pull-outs offer space for everything you need for several weeks, long objects, cables and a throw tent fit into the spaces between the bed and the outer wall of the vehicle. Together with the Boxio (in the front pull-out) and the holder for the gas cooker (in the rear pull-out), nothing is left to be desired, even my dog travels comfortably in the large dog box and even my bike fits in the space between the module and the cockpit while I'm driving. I drive a Fiat Scudo with a long wheelbase, right-hand sliding door and tailgate. A folding, self-supporting awning that is flush with the tailgate completes the feeling of spaciousness. The price and service are also very favourable compared to other module providers. The installation and removal requires two strong people and is completed in a few minutes.

When planning our conversion of a Ford Transit Custom BJ 2024 with a short wheelbase, we decided in favour of the furniture from Vanfittery after some research and haven't regretted it for a second so far. After a detailed telephone consultation, we decided on the right size of furniture for us and were also given a good tip for our planned floor.
The time had come at the beginning of June and we travelled to Postau with our bags packed, ready for our first holiday, to pick up our new furniture on the way south. The communication and coordination beforehand was very pleasant and went very smoothly. We were warmly welcomed and then actively assisted with the assembly of the furniture. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, we had forgotten to bring a gas cooker with us, so we were quickly lent one for our planned holiday. So we could finally get started. We have owned the Van bed system for our VW T6 for around 1.5 years and are extremely satisfied. The quality of the box is superb and you can store all kinds of things, including longer items such as parasols. Even at 1.97 metres tall, I sleep very comfortably with my girlfriend. We also like the fact that the system can be supplemented with relatively inexpensive and readily available Ikea items (mattress, boxes, etc.).

We now had a minor „problem“ for the first time, as a drawer no longer closed. Tobi from Vanfittery had a solution ready on the same day and the problem was solved by tightening a few screws.

In short: We can warmly recommend our sleep system!

I am totally thrilled! We met Tobi and Dina from Vanfittery at the F.R.E.E. and received great advice. Two days later we ordered our bed module from Vanfittery via their website. The 2-4 weeks delivery time was then actually only 2. (Mega Leude!) Installation appointment, drove there. Everything explained super and uncomplicated. Good quality. I am particularly impressed by the very good material/weight ratio and the super easy assembly and disassembly!
A repeat offence cannot be ruled out.
