A frank word about our shipping costs

There are no hidden costs with us. We have deliberately decided against the model of invisibly adding shipping costs to product prices in order to advertise with „free shipping“. Logistics is a service that consumes resources - economically and ecologically. We think so: This work should be visible and accepted.

The decisive difference: unlike many manufacturers, we do not send our modules as a kit for self-assembly. Your module comes fully assembled and quality-tested by a forwarding agent to your kerbside. This allows us to offer you maximum quality and convenience. Although this costs a little more than a standard package, it saves you valuable time and nerves. You unpack, install - and everything fits.

Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We ship to all countries listed in the table below.

To ensure maximum stability and quality, we ship our modules (all products outside the „Accessories“ category) fully assembled by a forwarding agent. Depending on size and weight, each module is assigned to the „Shipping L“ or „Shipping XL“ shipping class.

In addition to the specified product prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for delivery within the specified countries depending on the largest shipping class contained in the shopping basket. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

If payment is made by cash on delivery, an additional fee of [2,- Euro] will be charged by the deliverer on site.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to islands and areas that are difficult to access (e.g. high mountains). Please contact us in advance for island deliveries, or we will contact you after receipt of your order to clarify the exact freight costs. If you do not agree to the additional costs, you can cancel the order free of charge.
